Kapal bhati : dharti ki sanjeevani

For those skeptics who think the benefits of pranayam especially Kapal Bhati are a mere hype, I have a piece of advice to offer :
-- Practice Kapal Bhati daily as prescribed by Swami Ramdev.
Your health (spiritual as well as physical) will improve dramatically.
I am speaking from experience. I have been practising for just 1 year and it has helped to improve my health and career. I feel confident, jubilant and never feel tired at work.

So, wake up my fellow human beings, wake up!
